Zoning Approval Has Been Achieved
"We would like to inform you that we have received Formal Zoning Approval for your community at One Old Mill. With zoning, we can now move forward with the next steps in the permit process moving us one step closer to the start of construction; this process includes obtaining the Building Permit. Until this permit is in place only partial permits can be obtained which include Shoring & Excavation as well as Foundation. Once all permits, as well as financing are in place, we can then formally start the construction process for your community."

With approvals in place Tridel is bringing One Old Mill to 2490 Bloor St. W. October, 2010. The Presentation Centre is currently under construction and will be located at 2500 Bloor St. W.. Sales Representatives Marisa DiCecca (formerly at the Republic of Yonge & Eglinton) and Gitta Fisahn (formerly at the Renaissance of Richmond Hill) will be assigned to One Old Mill.
The Old Mill Collection of suite designs will feature one bedroom with den to two bedroom with den. The Signature and Penthouse Collection suites will feature two bedroom suite designs.

March 9, 2010: Tridel once again wins the Tarion Warranty Corporations Award of Excellence for customer service in the high-rise category. This is the 8th time Tridel has one this very prestigious award since 2000 (it was not awarded in 2009). Read more in the Tarion press release.

As of January 19, 2010 the 2500 Bloor development proposal is still being reviewed by the City of Toronto. It is anticipated that City Planning staff will have a Final Staff Report by the second quarter of this year.
