Tridel Built Green™
Tridel is proposing Tridel Built Green™ communities for 2490 and 2500 Bloor St W. to join other Tridel Built Green. Built for Life® buildings that are on track to be LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) registered. 2490 Bloor St. W. is now on the market as One Old Mill and is experiencing excellent preconstruction sales. Two Old Mill is now accepting online registrations.
One Old Mill will have many green features including a green roof and a solar thermal array for heating water. Suites will be individually metred, materials will be low off-gassing and continuous ventilation will heat recovery. Tridel has had three communities achieve LEED certification wth Nuvo 2 at Kipling Subway getting certified LEED Silver, Verve at Jarvis and Wellesley getting LEED Gold and Renaissance of Richmond Hill certified LEED Silver.
