Tridel would like to thank everyone for their interest in the proposed development of 2490 and 2500 Bloor Street West. Tridel is actively working with all interested groups to come up with a win-win-win for all stakeholders. Our open participation with the community is not new to 2500 Bloor St. West- we have done it in the past with some of our recent projects such as Verve, James Cooper Mansion and Renaissance of Richmond Hill where we worked with local ratepayer associations, business groups and city and town councillors.

Rest assured that we recognize the uniqueness of the Bloor West Village and we have worked hard to listen to everyone's concerns to design a condominium that will contribute to the successful growth of the community. We are looking to pursue high LEED standards to incorporate sustainable design.

We are flattered by the level of brand recognition we have received from the Bloor West Village, Swansea and Old Mill nieghbourhoods. Since this process began we have received many inquiries both for and against but have been pleasantly surprised by the number that are looking to pursue a condominium lifestyle at 2500 Bloor.
Tridel continues to lead the condominium building industry and is proud of the prestigious awards it has just received for its commitment to customer service and project design excellence. September has again been another gratifying month and Tridel sincerely thanks the thousands of home buyers who have put their trust in us by purchasing a condominium home.
Tridel was ranked "Highest in Customer Satisfaction With New Condominium Home Builders in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)" for a fourth consecutive year by J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Canadian New-Condominium Builder Customer Satisfaction Studysm.
